1. 14-Day In-Home Trial Period
We encourage you to take the time needed to ensure your chosen print is just right for your space. Remember to measure carefully, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions. To make sure you're completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day trial period to evaluate your artwork on your wall. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to request a refund within this period, provided the artwork remains in its original condition.
Once the returned artwork reaches us, ArtistBeret will process a full refund within 24 hours. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For assistance or to arrange a return, please contact us at contact@ArtistBeret.com.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products, but if you receive a print that is defective or damaged, we will promptly replace it at no additional cost to you.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or product upon delivery, kindly take a photo, refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately. Should you discover damage after delivery, please reach out to us within 3 days at contact@ArtistBeret.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
All digital prints are crafted to match the images displayed on our website precisely. If you feel the appearance differs from what you expected, please contact us to arrange a free reprint—ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority!
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel or make changes to it. We will issue a full refund for any cancellations made before dispatch. However, once your order has shipped, cancellations or modifications will no longer be possible. As we aim to process and ship orders swiftly, please submit any cancellation or change requests as soon as possible.
